Safety at Ayma
Who Ayma is for, how to meet people safely, and what to do if something goes wrong.

Ayma is only for adults aged 18 and over.
Ayma is not for anyone under 18, and we will close accounts we learn belong to minors. If you believe a minor is using Ayma, report it through the in-app feedback tool.
Meeting people safely
Four habits for meeting someone new.
Meet in public
Meet in public and stay in public for a first meeting. Arrange your own transport to and from the meeting so you are not dependent on someone you just met.
Tell someone
Tell a friend or family member where you are going, who you are meeting, and when you expect to be back.
Protect your information
Protect your personal information. Do not share your home address, financial details, or workplace until you know and trust someone. Never send money to someone you have met on Ayma.
Trust your instincts
Trust your instincts. If something feels wrong, leave. You do not owe anyone an explanation.
We do not verify users
Ayma cannot confirm who anyone is.
Ayma does not run criminal background checks, identity checks, or reference checks on anyone, and we cannot confirm that a person is who they claim to be or that their photos, statements, age, or intentions are genuine.
The AI analysis Ayma performs is on the account holder only and is not a check on the people you match with.
Report and block
If someone makes you uncomfortable, block and report them.
If someone makes you uncomfortable, use the in-app block and reporting tools (the feedback tool, or the report option in a conversation).
Reports help us, but we cannot promise a particular outcome or a specific timeframe. We may review reports, remove content, and suspend or close accounts.

How Ayma uses AI
Ayma is an AI, and it only analyses you.
What it analyses
Ayma automatically analyses the photos you upload (including facial and physique analysis) and information about you that is publicly available online (a web search on your name).
Only about you, the account holder, never other people.
Where results go
Results stay in Ayma’s private working memory unless you ask to add them to your profile.
Who powers it
Ayma’s AI is powered by Google Gemini (Gemini / Vertex AI), and voice runs over LiveKit. We instruct our AI providers not to train their general-purpose models on your content.
AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or unflattering and is not a professional assessment.
Your data
We do not sell your personal data.
